Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Illinois SLP License (required)
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for Speech-Language Pathology or other state/district-specific credentials, as applicable
- Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for early childhood students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide education and support to parents and staff as needed
