Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Current IL SLP-CCC license
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Ability to provide services across the full school spectrum (elementary, middle, high school)
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with established experience
- Commitment to individualized, culturally responsive care for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services for a varied K-12 caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student success
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Support district-wide speech and language initiatives
