Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language intervention to students ranging in caseload sizes from 25 to 45, tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication development.
- Participate and bill for professional development days as permitted by the district.
- Adhere to all district policies, protocols, and attendance expectations for onsite service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting to facilitate student outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado Department of Education certification.
- Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working in school settings preferred; caseload management skills essential.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, onsite within the Aurora and Denver area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and school teams.
- Travel to various district schools as assigned, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Workdays: Monday through Friday.
- Position requires onsite presence; virtual work is not available.
- Assignments vary within schools across the Aurora Public School district.
