Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Passion for working in school environments and collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Previous school-based experience a plus, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, supporting their individualized educational needs
- Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for students with communication, articulation, language, and fluency disorders
- Maintain accurate records of progress, document sessions, and comply with state/federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Educate school personnel and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Adapt techniques and materials based on the needs of a diverse caseload (details to be provided)
- Effectively manage a flexible schedule, working three days per week on-site in the school setting
