Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Georgia SLP license with GaPSC Certification required for SLPs
- Bachelor’s degree and GaPSC certification required for SLP Assistants
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Certified SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a dynamic caseload
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Deliver direct therapy following outlined frequencies (consult, weekly, bimonthly)
- Support students primarily in program classrooms, helping them achieve individualized goals
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to deliver comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student assessments
