Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP License required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach communication goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, services, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and resources to teachers and guardians to facilitate carryover of strategies
