Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a welcoming, supportive school district in the northern suburbs of Denver! Work with a diverse K-8 student population across a smaller district featuring 16 campuses and approximately 7,000 students. The team values both new graduates and experienced clinicians, providing a collaborative environment where your skills make a direct impact.

This contract opportunity runs from late July through the end of May, with a 37.5-hour workweek in a mild-moderate classroom environment. Expect a manageable caseload of 40-50 students, allowing you to form meaningful connections and foster communication growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Eligible for or in process of obtaining Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure (please specify your status when applying)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy services to K-8 students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with district documentation standards
