Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship eligibility
- Previous experience working with children in grades K-12 highly valued
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to a range of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress in both academic and social-emotional domains
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
