Key Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Wisconsin SLP License
- Valid Wisconsin DPI License
- Eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Relevant experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Create and deliver targeted speech-language interventions for an elementary caseload
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in line with school and district standards
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student language development
- Attend IEP meetings as a key member of the multidisciplinary team
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that facilitates student growth and success
