School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Anoka, Minnesota
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students with communication needs for the upcoming school year! Two positions are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with the CCC credential who are passionate about empowering children and adolescents in their academic journey.
You’ll work closely with a dynamic school community, serving a caseload of 30-45 students across different age groups. The positions span two distinct settings: one at the elementary level and one serving middle school students. Enjoy a consistent schedule with 37.5 hours per week, ensuring both meaningful impact and work-life balance throughout the academic year. The contract runs from September 8th, 2026, to June 10th, 2027.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Tier 3 or Tier 4 Speech-Language Pathologist license AND a valid SLP school license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior success in school-based SLP roles is highly preferred
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of K-8 students
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
