School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Osseo, Minnesota

This full-time contract role places you with a dedicated and collaborative educational team, serving approximately 40–45 students in grades K–5 with a variety of speech and language needs. From articulation and language delays to fluency disorders and autism spectrum disorder, you’ll play a vital part in helping young learners thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid (or eligible) Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress
