Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in school-based settings (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for K–5 students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other disabilities
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, complete required documentation, and ensure compliance with special education requirements
- Collaborate with educators and families to help implement supportive classroom strategies
- Contribute to a nurturing, team-focused atmosphere that enables students to reach developmental milestones
