Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ann Arbor, Michigan

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within an elementary school environment, is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations to student planning
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Support a positive student experience by fostering engagement and facilitating communication growth
