Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience providing speech, language, and communication support in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective therapy strategies
- Familiarity with school-based documentation systems and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on the development and review of IEPs
- Use evidence-based practices to address communication, articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and required records
