Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and active Minnesota SLP license required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in best practices for evaluating and treating K-12 speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services according to student needs and schedules
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation, progress reports, and timely communication with multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative educational planning
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and teachers to ensure holistic student support
