Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Andover, Minnesota

The assignment runs from April 9th through June 5th, providing full-time hours (37.5 per week) to support a focused caseload of 55 students.
You’ll collaborate within a well-established 3:1 service delivery model, allowing you to balance direct therapy with two dedicated weeks for indirect services throughout the 8-week period. This structure ensures ample time for paperwork, parent and team communication, and taking a thoughtful approach to planning.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Credentials as CCC-SLP, SLP-CFY, or a solid background in pediatric and school-based settings
- Prior experience (clinical fellowship included) with early childhood/elementary populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in early childhood through 2nd grade
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to special education meetings
- Participate in indirect weeks for paperwork, communication, and planning
