Qualifications/Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s for SLPA applicants
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged; Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants welcomed and supported
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based services
- Comfort with teletherapy and onsite service delivery
- Ability to create supportive, individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in K-8 settings
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff for student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
- Participate in faculty meetings and in-service professional development
- Utilize technology for virtual therapy sessions as needed
