Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Seneca, South Carolina

You'll be joining a dedicated team of 12 speech-language professionals, all guided by an experienced lead SLP. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking the perfect launchpad for your career, you will find excellent support, including supervision, structured mentorship, and fellow professionals committed to helping you thrive. Please note, this role welcomes CFs but is not open to SLPAs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellow candidates welcome—supervision and mentoring provided
- Experience or a strong interest in working within elementary school settings
- Collaborator by nature, able to thrive in a team environment
- Passionate about making a difference in students’ communication, learning, and social engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs, document progress, and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and community outreach
- Contribute expertise and ideas to a forward-thinking SLP department
