An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a high school setting in Anaheim, CA. This contract position is onsite and extends from now until the End of School Year (EOSY), providing essential support for students’ communication and speech development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of student speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide therapy services to a diverse caseload of high school students.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide language programs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification and licensure.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, preferably with high school caseloads.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a school environment and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
