Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana SLP license required
- CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based therapy
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders within a K–12 school setting
- Manage a caseload of around 60 students, delivering both individual and group interventions
- Create and document individualized treatment plans and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support the integration of communication goals into daily classroom routines
