ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district in Albany for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with preschool and early elementary students, helping children develop the communication skills they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based assignment
- Early intervention and preschool-aged caseload
- Work closely with educators, families, and special education teams
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reporting
- Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP license required
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Passion for early childhood development and intervention
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
