Job Overview
We are seeking multiple qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based and early intervention positions across Corvallis, Albany, and Sweet Home, Oregon. These roles will support diverse caseloads, including Early Intervention (ages 0–5), K–12 students, and evaluation-focused teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking to grow in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to children across assigned programs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and IEPs
- Work with children with a variety of communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, social communication)
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure state and federal compliance
- Participate in evaluation teams as assigned

Qualifications
- Active or eligible Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or early intervention settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP/IFSP processes and therapy planning
