Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Akron, OH

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric and schools-based experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 18 students across K-12th grades
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver speech and language therapy
- Track and document student progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to support diverse student needs
