Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited program
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP or Audiologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or equivalent strongly preferred
- Background in pediatric/educational settings, especially working with diverse student populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating comfortably with students, families, and school teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of pediatric students in speech, language, and/or auditory processing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support academic and social success
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings as appropriate
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the educational environment
