Speech Language Pathologist

Required Qualifications:
- Active GA SLP license or certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with pediatric, school-based caseloads—ideally in K–12 environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
- Work closely with teachers and specialists to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services across K–12 grade levels
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in parent/guardian meetings and support staff with language development strategies
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning styles and cultural needs
