Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays only (no current weekend requirement)
• Orientation occurs every two weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored speech/language therapy plans for diverse age groups (birth to geriatric).
• Deliver specialty services such as swallowing, voice, cognitive, and pediatric treatments; participate in specialty clinics (e.g., MBS, FEES, Geriatric clinic).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic procedures and home programs.
• Assist in continuous improvement, risk management, and program development initiatives.
• Comply with American Speech-Language Hearing Association standards and facility credentialing requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Certification of clinical competence from ASHA.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Arizona or any U.S. state/territory).
• Minimum two years of licensed SLP experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Credentialing eligibility for Medical Staff privileges.
