This role offers exposure to innovative workplace practices and a chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop your expertise by engaging in a variety of specialty services—ranging from pediatric speech and feeding therapy to geriatric clinics, advanced swallowing evaluations, and adaptive technology assessments—while further expanding your portfolio.

Schedule:

  • Regular weekday shifts (no weekends required)

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), active and maintained
  • Valid, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license in Arizona or any U.S. state/District of Columbia/Puerto Rico
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
  • Meets all credentialing requirements for medical staff privileges
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Not accepting SLPAs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and provide high-quality speech and language therapy across the lifespan
  • Document all patient assessments, treatments, follow-ups, and therapy outcomes in EHR
  • Adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing patient progress and feedback
  • Deliver specialty services such as swallowing evaluations (VFSS, MBS, FEES), cognitive and voice treatment, assistive technology, and adaptive equipment recommendations
  • Consult and collaborate with physicians, rehab specialists, nurses, and social workers
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on therapeutic procedures and home programs
  • Contribute to quality improvement and risk management initiatives
