You will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to communicate patient progress and barriers, supervise and support Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Student Speech-Language Pathologists, and ensure adherence to ASHA and state licensure standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active ASHA certification and State licensure
- Experience in hospital therapy settings with speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Proficiency in standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to supervise CFY or student clinicians
- Commitment to ethical practice in accordance with professional codes
