Speech Language Pathologist in Murrieta, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Prior experience supporting communication needs in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy to students individually and in groups
- Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Serve as a resource to staff, students, and families regarding speech and language disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, staff training, and parent conferences as required
