Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in New London, MN

This contract position calls for expertise supporting children as they work toward communication and swallowing milestones in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Five 8-hour day shifts weekly
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of one year of professional SLP experience (hospital or outpatient setting preferred)
- Background working with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing interventions tailored to pediatric patients in an outpatient hospital setting
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other therapists, medical professionals, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
- Participate in care team meetings and deliver education to families regarding therapy goals and progress
- Adhere strictly to clinical protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe, effective, and compassionate therapeutic environment
