We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school team in Donaldsonville, LA for the remainder of this school year, with the potential for renewing the next school year as well. This will be a full time position.
Overview:
- 37.5 hrs/week
- Can take part time or full time candidates
- Full time = 4 days minimum
- 50 students on caseload
- May renew if it's a good fit!
- On site position
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess a valid state licensure in Louisiana
- Proficient knowledge of various speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Provide therapy services to improve communication
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy techniques in the classroom
- Communicate with parents and professionals to monitor students' progress
