Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position is open to all qualified applicants, including Clinical Fellows (CFYs), who are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Louisiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- CFYs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.
- Experience working with school-aged children with diverse speech and language needs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
