School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Worcester, MA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLPA or SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially K-5
- Familiarity with developing and implementing therapy plans for diverse student needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 25 elementary students
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs to design and implement individualized therapy
- Track, document, and report on student progress and session outcomes
- Support the creation of engaging age-appropriate materials and activities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
