Role Overview:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 25 elementary students (K-5)
- Work under the guidance and supervision of two experienced SLPs
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with team members and participate in staff meetings as needed
- Support classroom teachers by sharing strategies for enhancing student communication skills
