Your week will be structured to ensure meaningful interactions and professional growth—40 hours, Monday through Friday, offering stability and a predictable schedule. Qualifications:
- Valid Texas SLPA license required
- Background in school-based or healthcare settings, particularly K–12 populations, preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaboration
- Experience with ARD meetings, direct services, and clinical documentation is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language interventions for a diverse group of K–12 students
- Assist in evaluations and assessments as part of individualized education plan development
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and timely records
- Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate closely with supervising SLP and school staff
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all clinical duties
