Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Keller, TX
Step into a meaningful contract assignment supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This full-time opportunity is located near Keller, TX, and runs through May 2027. You’ll play a vital role in both individual and group settings, delivering services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA license required
- Prior experience in a school or healthcare environment preferred
- Understanding of providing speech/language services to diverse age groups (K-12)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload under supervision
- Conduct and support evaluations
- Assist with ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) responsibilities as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
- Work collaboratively with educators, caregivers, and other school staff
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional growth activities
This contract position includes a competitive hourly rate of $35 and ensures consistent, full-time hours—40 per week across 5 days.
