Desired Qualifications:
- Connecticut licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions to K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
- Document student progress and session notes with accuracy and confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Support an inclusive learning environment and adapt strategies as needed
