Desired Qualifications:

  • Connecticut licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing caseload needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language interventions to K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
  • Document student progress and session notes with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families
  • Support an inclusive learning environment and adapt strategies as needed
