Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language services tailored to student needs
- Implement individual treatment plans and document student progress
- Support communication goals for children in a school setting, working closely with school staff and families
- Participate in screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions under supervision
- Adhere to confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active SLPA certification and relevant school experience
- Familiarity with school-aged populations and educational environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, educators, and students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
