Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or certification required
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to integrate seamlessly with teachers, SLPs, and school staff
- Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to positive student outcomes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Assist with speech and language screenings, assessments, and interventions
- Prepare materials and activities targeting individualized student goals
- Track and document student progress in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with staff and families to implement effective strategies in the classroom
- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough records
- Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
