What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
- Valid licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLPA in the state
- Prior experience supporting speech-language interventions in school settings is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, families, and educational teams
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, follow provided treatment plans, and maintain detailed records
- Dependable, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech-language therapy plans created by a licensed SLP
- Work directly with students to build communication, articulation, and language skills
- Track student progress and assist with documentation
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and exercises as directed
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that motivates students
- Communicate student progress to supervising SLP and school team
