Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of California
- Previous experience supporting speech-language services in a school setting (elementary preferred)
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver interventions under the guidance of a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist as required
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy interventions in accordance with documented IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collect data and provide feedback to supervising SLPs as part of a collaborative team
- Assist with therapy materials, lesson preparation, and progress monitoring
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment in the elementary school community
Schedule Details:
- Set hours: 21 per week, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
