Desired Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure required
- Demonstrated experience working in school settings, preferably elementary
- Background supporting student speech and language goals under the supervision of an SLP
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and administrative teams
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to campus routines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language support services to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs), under the guidance of a supervising SLP
- Assist with preparation and adaptation of materials for student therapy
- Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
- Participate as an active member of the educational team, supporting a positive, student-centered environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to IEP discussions as needed
