Speech Pathology Assistant - Simi Valley, CA

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure in California
- Demonstrated experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Understanding of IEP process, paperwork, and documentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and collaborate with educators and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
- Support the supervising SLP in implementing individualized student plans
- Accurately document student progress and update records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student development
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals
- Assist with caseload management and scheduling
