School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Sebastian, Florida

Qualifications:
- Active SLPA credential/certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations (age group will be determined)
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (37.5 per week, 5 days/week) for the contract duration
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized and group treatment plans as designed by supervising SLPs
- Support students with speech and language needs to enhance classroom participation and success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to foster student growth
- Adapt materials and assistive technology to suit student strengths and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate, providing observations and data
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical guidelines
