Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP or SLPA License
- Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred
- Proficient in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of an SLP
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a diverse K-12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as directed by the supervising SLP
- Support documentation and data collection on student progress
- Assist in developing materials and activities to reinforce therapy objectives
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
