Key Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required
- Previous experience in school-based settings
- Confidence working with both elementary (2nd-5th grade) and preschool students
- Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and staff
- District fingerprint clearance or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable participating in Zoom interviews
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy under supervision to students in 2nd through 5th grade, as well as preschool students when needed
- Provide services onsite three days per week (Monday-Friday), averaging 21 hours weekly
- Support communication goals within ABA self-contained classrooms
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and student progress reports
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Collaborate with the supervising SLP to tailor approaches for individual student needs
