Key Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required
- Proven experience working in school-based settings
- Comfortable servicing a mixed caseload of elementary (2nd-5th grade) and preschool students
- Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs is a plus
- Ability to obtain district background fingerprints
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ready to participate in Zoom interviews
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and other school staff to support communication goals and progress
- Document and track student performance, assisting with progress updates for IEP meetings
- Adapt service delivery as needed for both general education and special education settings
- Engage students in evidence-based interventions to enhance language, articulation, and social communication skills
- Remain flexible in supporting a range of student needs within both elementary and preschool populations
