Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLPA License required
- Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
- Understanding of speech and language goals in educational contexts

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language interventions under SLP supervision
- Support students’ IEP goals with compassion and skill
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Engage and motivate students in individual and small group settings
