Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure/certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California

- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability in supporting student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and support students’ speech-language goals under the direction of a remote supervising SLP
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Assist with screening and assessment activities as needed
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff to integrate speech-language services within the classroom setting
- Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and professional development as required
