What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA certification/licensure
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively during high-stress situations
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and school staff to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
- Maintain thorough records of both direct and indirect student services
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to encourage progress and participation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
